There is a connection between religion, philosophy and spirituality in life. We will use many different examples, all which bring us back to the simplicity of leading a life of fulfillment.

In modern times, many great mentors speak about the mind as being a parachute.  When opened it works best. We often hear people refer to the movie the (Secret.) They discuss the power of the mind.  ie: How thoughts eventually become things.

Jesus talks about the idea of planting seeds to grow a strong harvest of wheat.  When the wheat is infested with weeds it becomes risky to harvest the wheat. In discussion with his disciples he mentions that planting seeds near thorns is dangerous because the thorns will entangle the wheat.


In Buddhism we learn that there is constant movement towards liberation, peace, love, joy and ultimately enlightenment.  When reaching this state, the Buddhist mind is pure and thought and action are portrayed properly and not even thought about.

Although we may see the above messages originating from different places, they are all the same. If we plant negative thoughts into our mind (harvest) we will grow negative outcomes.

Here is a tip.  Begin by first looking in the mirror. That person you see has the power to practice the right thoughts, the right speech, the right actions etc...Once you realize that then we encourage you to start studying, reading and learning about your own health  and spirituality!

Inflammation in the body can be caused by a variety of factors including poor diet, bacterial infections, toxic chemicals or very commonly from physical injury. Other Inflammation cases have been seen from hormonal imbalances.

A natural protocol for aiding inflammation can simply be a diet change.

Try to move from acidic foods to more green and leafy foods. These types of foods tend to be full of essential vitamins and minerals the body needs to repair tissues and muscles. familyThe National Cancer Institute estimates that 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will get cancer in their lifetimes.  Cancer is amongst the most difficult and complex human disease to treat.

This article is provided as a preventative to cancer. We will outline ways to care for yourself in order to help aid in preventing cancer.

#1. Emotions: Try avoiding negative emotions such as anger, fear, rage, envy etc...any negative emotion can put a strain on our bodies immune system, thus weakening our bodies ability to fight disease. How to control your emotions? Start by exercising regularly. Exercise heightens a person body temperature causing us to sweat out toxins which can tax the body. Next, exercise helps in releasing "endorphins" (our bodies natural feel good chemicals.) Plus the many other benefits of strength, endurance etc..

#2. Meditation: Meditation is a great way to clear your mind, calm your spirit and open  your heart. Meditation is one of the oldest forms relieving stress, negative emotions and finding balance in life. From priest to Indian and Chinese monks, meditation is a key component in living a longer, healthier and more balanced life. How to meditate? Start by simply finding a quiet location. Next, sit comfortably and close your eyes. Inhale slowly through your nose and a exhale through your mouth. Let any thoughts that come into your mind pass. Only center your thoughts on your breathe. In through your nose and out through your mouth. Within a very short time you will feel calm, relaxed and rejuvenated.  This is a quick overview, more detailed information on meditation will be presented in another article.

#3. Cleansing: The practice of detoxifying the body to rid it of unhealthy toxins has been around for centuries. Hippocrates recommended fasting to improve health, and many religious groups have historically used fasting as a way of purifying the spirit.  From time to time it is highly recommend that a person cleanse their bodies. Cleansing  can help to remove some of the toxic build up that has been stored in your body which can trigger cancer in the future.  Fasting is a way to simple way to cleanse the body and fight cancer. Essential oils have been used for years in cleansing the organs to improve there functions. Detoxing the liver, colon and kidneys are cornerstones in preventing cancer.

#4. Green Tea: Green tea provides antioxidant polyphenols, notably a catechin called epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), which is believed to be responsible for most of the health benefits linked to green tea.  The Chinese believed that green tea was a cornerstone to long life and  has be referred to as Longevity because of it health benefits. Green tea is an important component in preventing cancer.

What are parasites?

A parasite lives in a close relationship with another organism, its host, and causes it harm.  The parasite is dependent on its host for its life functions.  For example, viruses are common parasites.   The parasite has to be in its host to live, grow, and multiply.   Parasites rarely kill their hosts. A common, well-known type of a parasite is a hookworm.  It is possible for humans or their pets to get them.  Hookworms attach themselves in the lining of the small intestine, and cause diseases, and malnutrition as well, as they eat the nutrients and keep them from going to the host.

Here is a protocol for combating parasites:

Wormwood contains sesquiterpene lactones, highly-effective chemical compounds which weaken parasite’s membranes and strips them of the ability to survive. That is also why a synthesized derivative of Wormwood is used in anti-malarial medication today. There is no better herb then Wormwood to rid yourself of parasites. That is why it is first. There are however some helpers I would like to use.

Next to our Wormwood, we will add Black Walnut Hull.

Black Walnut Hull will move the colon to empty itself of the dying worms and at the same time inhibit certain enzymes the parasites require for metabolic function. Once again, we are killing the worms without ingesting poisons. Aren’t herbs fun! Black Walnut Hull powder is full of a chemical compound called Juglone. If you ever look under a Black Walnut tree you will notice many of the plants have stunted growth; Juglone is why.

The last thing we have to deal with is the eggs. Some of these parasites have copious amounts of young brewing in you right now and since we have not eaten poison, they won’t die. And trust me, we would very much like for them to die. So now we eat Cloves.

Cloves do not kill the parasites - cloves contain a volatile oil called Eugenol which dissolves the hard casing around the parasite’s eggs. That, in turn, allows the Wormwood and Black Walnut Hull to do their job and kill them all! Eugenol is the volatile oil responsible for the aroma of cloves and it starts to dissipate as soon as they are ground. We keep only the highest quality products, so to keep our cloves fresh we only sell them whole. You will need to grind the cloves up in your blender to make them as effective as possible. The irradiated powder cloves you can buy at the grocery store are worthless for eradicating worm’s larvae.
